Include Navigation and Labeling In Your Test

From About.com

Navigation and labeling are unique for every site, are easy to test, and should almost always be usability tested. The words that you select and the meanings they carry are very often subject to the culture of your industry or workplace, and may not be as universally understood as you might expect.

Example: Everyone on your team building a music site talks about "Artists," which is standard in the music industry. This makes the term seem like a logical choice, but "Bands" or "Musicians" may be better understood among the site's actual audience.
